The Chattanooga Mocs head south for their next 54-hole foray. The ladies are going back to a frequent spot on the schedule card, the UNF Collegiate. The 17-team field tackles Jacksonville Golf & Country Club over a two-day span.
The 5-person lineup that had promising fall finishes is back together for the first time this spring. Esme Hamilton headlines the squad with four top 15 endings in six starts thus far. She entered 2020-21 with three over his first 17 events.
Dorota Zalewska is back for her second outing of the spring after missing the first at Trinity Forest.
She collected her first career win back in October at the Terrier Intercollegiate.
Newcomer trio of Beatriz Barrios, Daphne van Son and Rachel Thompson complete the quintet. Thompson missed the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invite due to a nick. All three display the potential to get the Mocs into contention by April’s postseason play.
Monday’s 36-hole marathon starts with an 8:30 a.m., shotgun start on the sixth hole for Chattanooga. Tuesday’s final 18 is also a shotgun start coming 15 minutes later with starting location determined by first day results.
