Freddie Lee Harris was born in Courtland, Alabama, on February 8, 1946, to the late Leroy and Ruth Roberson.

At a young age Freddie and her family moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee, where she lived throughout her life. She loved to cook and was very adventurous. She loved to travel and warmed the hearts of others along her journey. She moved to Detroit, Michigan in 1979, where she lived for many years. 

She moved back to Chattanooga in 2015 where she lived the rest of her days. In the wee hours of the morning on Saturday, July 17, 2021, she gained her wings.

She was preceded in death by her parents;  brothers, Charles Roberson, Leroy Roberson, Jr., Claude Anthony Roberson; sisters, Martha Roberson and Joyce Roberson;  son, Arlanders Roberson; husband, Jimmy T. Harris. 

She is survived by her children, Jimmy Harris, Chattanooga, Kenneth Harris, Chattanooga, Angelia Harris,  Detroit Michigan; siblings, William, Robert, and Mildred Roberson; grandchildren, Shikia Harris, Antawan Harris, Anthony Cottingham, Jermik Harris, and Shanae Harris; a host of great grandchildren, family, and friends who loved her very much.

Public viewing will be held from 1-2 p.m. followed by a 2 p.m. funeral service at the funeral home.
