The Baylor girls soccer team traveled to the Rivals soccer tournament in Memphis this weekend.
Baylor earned a 2-0 win over Arlington Friday night. Violeta Villamayor scored in 31st minute from a cross by Evie Culbreath.
Avery Listen scored at the 78th minute from a pass from Elizabeth Stophel.
On Saturday morning, Baylor played ECS and after leading 1-0 at the half, ECS came back to win 2-1. Baylor's first half goal was scored by Villamayor assisted by Ellis Mitchum.
In the second game, Baylor beat USJ 3-1.
Baylor's Melissa Oliveira scored early off a pass from Elizabeth Stophel.
It was 1-0 at halftime.
At the 48th minute, Melissa Oliveira (Baylor) scored again from a cross from Zoey Mize.
At the 63rd minute, Violeta Villamayor (Baylor) got fouled in the box and Zoey Mize scored off the penalty kick.
At the 72nd minute, Betha Pucek (USJ) scored off a great shot.
Baylor improves to 7-1-2 on the season.
