Becky Carroll, MSHA, Named Parkridge Health System VP Of Strategy And Assistant Administrator

A healthcare administration veteran of over 22 years, Becky Carroll has been promoted to vice president of strategy, as well as to the role of assistant administrator, for Parkridge Health System. 

“Becky is an experienced and valuable member of our administration team,” said Tom Ozburn, Parkridge Health System president and CEO. “In her new role, Becky will continue to provide development and operational excellence to our family of hospitals.”  

Ms. Carroll began her HCA Healthcare career as a manager with HCA Healthcare Physicians Services, where she transitioned to a hospital role as director of surgical sales.  In 2013, she was named vice president of development, where she led business and strategy planning for the system.  Ms. Carroll recently assumed additional leadership roles in Parkridge Health System’s wound care, sleep medicine, inpatient/outpatient respiratory therapy service lines and the physician and provider relations team. During the COVID pandemic, she developed and managed the patient safety screener program and assumed responsibility for EMS relationships and hospital security functions.

Ms. Carroll earned her undergraduate degree from Covenant College before earning her masters in healthcare administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
