Restaurant Planned At Former Site Of Wann Funeral Home In St. Elmo

A restaurant is being planned at the former site of Wann Funeral Home in St. Elmo.

William Stuart Wood is seeking rezoning for the 1.4-acre site across from Forest Hills Cemetery.

The case at 4000 Tennessee Ave. goes before the Planning Commission at its February meeting.

The request is to go from R-4 and M-1 zoning to UGC.
