Red Bank High School Student With Large Knife Arrested

The School Resource Officer assigned to Red Bank High School arrested a student on Thursday morning who authorities said intentionally brought a large kitchen knife to the school with the admitted intention of harming another student.

The two students were involved in an altercation on Wednesday on the school bus.

The student was arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center and charged with the unlawful carrying or possession of a weapon on school grounds.
