Allen, Nicholas Taylor (Cleveland)

Nick Allen, 25, of Cleveland, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, February 1, 2022 at his home. Born on Sept. 3, 1996, he was a native and lifelong resident of Bradley County, was a 2015 graduate of Cleveland High School and a member of First Baptist Church of Georgetown. Nick has a warm personality, an infectious smile and loved the outdoors, hiking, kayaking and enjoying God’s creation and spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, David Badgett.

Left behind to cherish Nick’s memory are his parents, Steve and Wendi Allen; sister, Chelsey Sledge; nephews, Eli and Titus Sledge; maternal grandmother, Phyllis Robinette; paternal grandparents, Glenn and Anita Allen; uncles, William and Sarah Allen, Mike and Rachel Badgett, Bryan Allen and Chris and Tracy Badgett; as well as several cousins, extended family and a host of friends.

A Celebration of Life and Homecoming for Nicholas Taylor Allen will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 8 at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home, with Pastor Guinn Green officiating. Interment will follow in Lee Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Monday, Feb. 7 from 5-8 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 1 p.m. until the funeral hour.
