Marcus David Shelton
The Lord called Marcus David Shelton, 66, to his heavenly home on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
Mark was a resident of Whitwell, Tn. and member of the Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He was born on Dec. 1, 1955 to the late David Shelton and Patsy King Shelton. Mark had been self-employed for numerous years as a draftsman.
He had enjoyed playing the guitar and teaching his grandson how to play. Mark had the love of cooking, his love of learning of religion, spending time with his family, and archery. He had even taught his granddaughter the love of archery.
Mark is preceded in death by his parents, David Shelton and Patsy King Shelton.
He leaves his memories to his daughter, Debra Shelton Scoggins; brothers, Jeff Shelton and Nick Shelton; and grandchildren, Matthew Shelton, Brianna Scoggins, and Maggie Scoggins.
The family is honoring Mark’s request of no visitation or memorial service.
