Amber Roberts
Alderman Enterprises was founded to buy and grow companies the right way, with the right people, for the long term. In keeping with this mission and to further its commitment in providing resources to its companies, Alderman announces the hire of Amber Roberts as Human Resources director.
In this newly created role, Ms. Roberts will professionalize the HR function, building best practices portfolio wide. She will also spearhead the effort to improve company culture and employee engagement with an emphasis on leadership development.
Ms. Roberts brings a strong background of HR leadership to Alderman. She most recently served as Human Resources business partner for Pegasus Laboratories, a subsidiary of PBI Gordon, a 600 employee-owned corporation based out of Shawnee, Ks. Her role encompassed all aspects of the HR function with coaching and leadership development as a primary focus. She also spent five years as Human Resources director for a growing oil and gas business and built the organization’s entire HR structure and processes.

Ms. Roberts is a graduate of UTC with a degree in Criminal Justice. She holds multiple professional
certifications, including Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management. Ms. Roberts also served in the U.S. Army and was a U.S. Marshal during her time in law enforcement.
