The United Championship Racing Alliance presented by Red Line Synthetic Oil will try again to get the annual "Fort Payne 40" in this Saturday night. The event was rained out last Saturday, along with Waterless Boat races, FWD and B-Hobby Championships.

Two-time UCRA Champion Jimmy Elliott of Cleveland won back in May, while Sam Seawright of Rainesville and Brent Rhodes of Crossville were also victorious at FPMS in UCRA competition this season.

Super Late Models, A-Hobby, 602's, Open Wheel Modifieds, Bombers and Pony divisions will all be in action beginning at 7 p.m. CST.

Sugar Creek Raceway in Blue Ridge, Ga. has canceled its Aug. 20 UCRA event as promoter Seth Wimpy won't be available until September to prep the track, due to work engagements. The event is looking to be rescheduled by UCRA officials but no dates are confirmed just yet.
