Judy Ann Dixon, 74, from South Pittsburg, was called home to her Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 29, 2022.  

She was married to the late Gary E. Dixon and was a homemaker.  Judy was born to the late John Sanders and Annie Gouger Sanders on Feb. 22, 1948.  She attended the United Methodist Church of the Shellmound Community.  She enjoyed arts and crafts, was an avid Bob Seger fan, loved pink flowers and roses, spending time with her family and was a free-spirited, joyous person and was plain spoken.

Judy is preceded in death by her father, John Sanders; mother, Annie Gouger Sanders; and husband, Gary E. Dixon.

She leaves her memories to her brothers, Johnny Sanders, Jimmy (Mary Ann) Sanders; great-nephew, Trevor Romans; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, Oct. 4 from 2-6 p.m. CST at Tate Funeral Home, LLC in Jasper.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 1:30 p.m. CST in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home, LLC in Jasper,  with Roger Webb officiating.

Burial will be on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens following the funeral service.
