Dale, Winnie Sage (Benton)

  • Friday, September 30, 2022
Our little goose, Winnie Sage Dale, was called to her heavenly home on September 29, 2022 after spending 26 beautiful days with all the people that love and adore her.

Winnie is the beloved twin daughter of Zachary “Zach” Dale and Madalene “Maddie” Eaves-Dale.  She is the answer to their prayers, and they waited for her birth with joyful expectation. Though her time on Earth was brief, she touched each of our hearts in a tremendous manner and will be deeply missed and always loved by her older twin sisters, Kymber Reed Dale and Preslee Kay Dale; older brother, who cherished every moment, Zeke Aren Dale; and beautiful twin sister, Potter Rayne Dale.

She was preceded in death by her loving memmaw, Susan Stone-Dale; tenacious peepaw, Gary Dale; and beautiful nonna, Donna Sitlzer-Eaves, all of which are taking turns snuggling her at the feet of Jesus.

Left to honor and cherish her memory, along with her loving mommy, daddy and siblings, include her poppy and mammaw, Rodney and Cindy Eaves; her aunt, Lindsey (Stephen) Cox; uncle, Wyatt Dale; and bonus aunts and uncles, Tashie (Mark) Baxter, Michael (Tami) Sanford, Hailee Sanford and Dakota Sanford. Many great aunts/uncles, cousins, friends and a beautiful loving church family also survive to support and hold up the family during this battle.

A Remembrance of Life service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 1 at Community Fellowship, with Pastor Bruce Underwood officiating.  Interment will follow at Benton Memorial Gardens, with Michael Sanford, Mark Baxter, Wyatt Dale and Shaney Shaneyfelt serving as pallbearers.

Family and friends will gather from 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, prior to the service at the church.

Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.HigginsFuneral.com.

Arrangements are entrusted to Higgins Funeral Home of Benton.
