“Reignbow Baking Co. was founded to be an inclusive bakery,” says Ms. Stollenwerk. “We focus on treating our customers like royalty and bake to inspire joy, creativity and curiosity.”

The storefront will offer a wide variety of selections, including a Latin version of creme brulee called crema catalana, French macarons, cream puffs, flourless brownies (gluten free), eclairs, and cake by the slice. Customers can also purchase to-go cakes and have them personalized on site or order ahead.

The brand will continue to bake cakes and other sweets for weddings as well, which can be ordered on its website.
