Boys Games

CSAS 77, Boyd Buchanan 76 (OT)

The Patriots’ Chase Pride hit two of three free throws with on tick left on the clock to give his team the win in overtime. Pride finished with 22 points for CSAS. Ture Gaines added 13 for the victors. Caden Johnson had a game high 33 for Boyd Buchanan and Ryan Lopez tossed in 18.

The Seahawks led wire-to-wire in their win over Grace. Silverdale’s Brett Wright tossed in 17 and Houston Holland added 15, while Elyjah Richardson had 14 to lead the win. The Golden Eagles’ Eli Ibrahim led all scorers with 18.

Trevor Carpenter tossed in 19 to lead the Bears to a District 5-4A win over the Golden Eagles. Caden Botts added 13 and Ramireon Taylor had 10 for Bradley. Kyler Akin led Rhea Co. with 15, as Bryce Dupre added 12 and Caleb Carr 11.

CCS’ Dre Jackson’s 32 points wasn’t enough to stop the Irish from getting a road win Friday night. The Chargers Reid Conley scored 18 and Caiden Bauldwin 16. Knox catholic placed five players in double figures, with Deondra Lindsey leading the way with 23. Juice Elam had 17, Cade Murphy 15, Yesa Warren 13 and Alex Doerger 11.

The Irish got 18 points from Cole McCormick and 10 from Ben Houston to pick up a road win at Raider Arena. Judah Sault led Cleveland with 14.

The Pounders’ Drew Williams hit six three pointers on his way to 24 points to lead his team to the win. Matthew Sharpe had 13 and Dujuan Sanderfer 10 for Central. Andrew Matukewicz led the Eagles with 18 and Christopher Kennedy added 14.

The Bearettes raced past Rhea Co. for win number 23 in a District 5-4A contest in Jim Smiddy Arena. Jason Reuter’s team continued to pile up impressive stats as Harmonie Ware ripped the nets for 26 points in the win. Freshman Kimora fields tossed in 13 and Avary Brewer had 11.

Eleven Lady Seahawks found the scoring column in their win over Grace Baptist Academy.  Silverdale was led in scoring by freshman Braylee Raby with 14 and senior Tori Gibson with 13. Grace Baptist’s Savannah Engelbrecht made 8 of her 11 free throw attempts and led the Lady Golden Eagles in scoring with 12 points.
