Legacy Dental Group, a leading dental service organization, announced that it has completed its acquisition of Chattanooga Family Dentistry. This is the fourth acquisition since the company was founded. Headquartered in Chattanooga, the company plans to operate throughout East Tennessee.
“Chattanooga Family Dentistry has built a solid reputation over several years in our area. We share common values including a patient-first philosophy,” said Dr. Charles Ankar, Legacy Dental partner. “We look forward to building on their foundation within the community.”
Legacy Dental Group’s purpose is "to change the face of dentistry in with a mission to provide a path for doctors who want to focus on their patients and a staff focused on opportunities to learn and grow," it was stated.
"Chattanooga Family Dentistry will continue to provide high-quality care and a ‘wow’ experience our patients are accustomed to receiving,” said Dr. Andrew Lunn. “It’s been a great honor for me to serve this community for the last 25 years. With Legacy Dental Group, I will continue to practice and serve patients while utilizing Legacy’s support, experience and new technologies.”
