Walter Bianco
Freshman, Walter Bianco joined Grace Academy this past spring and has undoubtedly made an immediate impact on the High School Baseball team. After only playing three games so far, Bianco leads the Golden Eagles in all offensive categories. He stole a record of nine bases in yesterday’s game verses TCPS, giving him a total of eleven stolen bases so far this season.
Bianco is currently batting .800 with three singles and a triple. He has earned three base on balls, while picking up three RBIs and scoring three runs himself.
“Walter is an all around great kid. Athletically, the statistics speak for itself. However, they do not show what an incredible teammate he is, how coachable he is, and how hard he works. We are blessed to have him in our program. I, without a doubt, believe he is going to make some college really happy oneday," said coach Cordaro Cummings.
