Morning Pointe Senior Living campuses across the Southeast will celebrate Easter Extravaganza as the theme for April 2023.
“Easter Extravaganza is a long-time Morning Pointe monthly theme and offers a great chance for
residents and associates to celebrate their faith,” said Amanda Baushke, Morning Pointe’s vice president of life enrichment. “From egg hunts to religious services to generally celebrating spring, there are so many ways for our Morning Pointe campuses to engage with their local communities this month.”
For example, The Lantern at Morning Pointe of Clinton will host a drive-through Easter parade on Friday, April 7, from 2-3 p.m., and the public as well as friends and family members are invited
to decorate their cars and participate. Morning Pointe of Richmond, Ky. will hold an Easter egg
hunt for children this Sunday at 2 p.m., with the chance to take photos with the Easter Bunny. And Morning Pointe of Hixson will join with Rock Bridge Church Hixson to host an Easter egg hunt this Saturday from 1-3 p.m. with prize eggs, face painting and the Kona Ice truck.
“Easter means so much to so many people and brings so many opportunities for fun and reflective
activities for our residents,” said Greg A. Vital, Morning Pointe co-founder and president. “We can’t wait to see the smiles that brighten up our residents’ faces like springtime.”
