Mr. Whitfield joined the Morning Cup podcast this week to tak about his experience growing up in the oil distribution industry. He saw the value of starting a NASCAR-centric radio show while growing the family oil distribution business, Whitfield Oil. He has branched out with events as producer of the Chattanooga Fitness Expo, a bodybuilding and fitness competition.

Whitfield owns Whitfield Media Group and hosts Racing Talk Radio, the second longest-running specialty radio show in Chattanooga, for 22 years.
