Annie Mae Price Scott, age 79, of Summerville, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, with her family by her bedside.

She was born on Dec. 23, 1943 in Cedar Bluff, Al. to her late parents, Alfred and Edith Mae Moore Price. She was retired from Roper Industry over 10 years.

Mrs. Scott was preceded by her sisters, Brenda Lawrence, Carolyn Teresa Covington and Jeir Gail Price; and nephew, Kelly Lawrence.

Survivors are her loving children, Penny (George) Williams of Madison, Alabama, Kirk (Wendy) Jackson of Byron, Georgia, Wendy Scott (Tracy Adams), Gabriel Scott (Fabian Whipple) of Summerville, Georgia; grandchildren, Irish Coats, Premis Rainwater, Dontaveius Jett, Sasha Scott, Treasvelle Jackson, Titus Jackson, and Kynnedy Watson; great grandchildren, Talia, Ezmun, Leviticus, Zayden, SeNailah, Octavious, Dantaveius, Maliah, Robert, Javen; aunts, Bonnie Spivey, Janie Harris, Dale Penn, Jessma Covington, Stella Moore; uncles, Richard Moore, Harry Moore, Johnny Mac Moore; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 17, at 2 p.m. at North Summerville Baptist Church, 119 Maplewood Drive, Summerville, GA. 30747 with Pastor Kevin Roach as eulogist and Pastor Timothy Williamson, officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service.

Interment will be at Summerville City Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Ga.
