Mountain City Club Announces New Board Members

The Mountain City Club announces the election of three new members to its board of governors. Judge Jackie Bolton, Mark Kleiner and Charlie Walldorf each join for a three year term.

Officials said, "These three bring a wealth of expertise, leadership and fresh perspectives to the historic organization. These outstanding individuals join an already dynamic group of leaders dedicated to ensuring that the Mountain City Club remains a cornerstone of the business community for connection, professional networking and social enrichment." 

“These individuals embody the values of our club and are committed to continuing its tradition of excellence, camaraderie and community engagement,” said Richard Johnson, president of the Mountain City Club.
“Their diverse experiences and innovative ideas will help propel our club forward while honoring the values that have defined us for generations. 

"As the Mountain City Club continues to grow and adapt, we look forward to the contributions of our new board members as we strive to create an even stronger and more vibrant community for all our members”. 

The Mountain City Club board of governors are:
- Richard Johnson, president - As president of Richnet Consulting, Inc., Mr. Johnson provides a variety of tailored fundraising services specifically designed to help organizations achieve their goals. He has been a mainstay in the nonprofit sector for over 29 years, serving on multiple boards and driving impactful outcomes for the Greater Chattanooga region. 

- Charlie Walldorf, vice president - Mr. Walldorf is a member of one of the oldest real estate families in Chattanooga, having managed the family residential division for some 50 years. He is now actively engaged in listing and selling executive properties in the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas. 

- Mark Kleiner, secretary -  Mr. Kleiner currently serves as CFO at Office Furniture Works which is a premier dealer of new and used office furniture tailoring to workspace solutions for small businesses and large organizations alike.   

- Chris Allen, treasurer - Mr. Allen has over 30 years of experience in investment strategy, management, structure and operations in both public and private markets. He currently serves as a partner with The Preservation Group, a real estate and private equity consultancy created to assist investors with making sound financial decisions.  

- Zach Hurst, past president – As vice president and managing director of the Chattanooga branch of the Trust Company of Tennessee, Mr. Hurst leads a team dedicated to personalized financial planning for businesses and individuals in East Tennessee. The Trust Company is one of Tennessee’s biggest trust companies with more than $4 billion in assets. 

- Bill Wilkerson, governor - Mr. Wilkerson serves as a partner for DH&W Architects, an award winning design firm offering services in architecture, master planning and interior design in the Greater Chattanooga area.

- Judge Jacqueline Schulten Bolton, governor -  The Honorable Jacqueline S. Bolton was elected to serve in the 11th Judicial District Circuit Court of Tennessee from 1998 until her retirement in 2014. Prior to that she served as a judge for the Hamilton County Juvenile Court and also was a private practice attorney in Chattanooga.
