Jeanne Jalone Clark Roberts
Jeanne Jalone Clark Roberts, 77, of Lookout Mountain, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at her home.
Jeanne was a native of Pineville, Ky., lived throughout the United States over the years, and the past 32 years on Lookout Mountain. She was a 1965 graduate of Lemoore High School in Lemoore, California. Jeanne worked as a jeweler’s assistant while living in Statesboro, Ga., she ministered to a women’s prison while living in Atlanta, and she worked as the office manager for seven years at Ridge Rock Corian on Lookout Mountain. She retired as a nannie for the Bowers family after nine years of loving on their children. Jeanne loved her time at home working in the yard and her flower garden. Her favorite plant was Jade and she loved all perennials. Jeannie also enjoyed spending time with her husband riding along in the golf cart as he played golf. Her favorite meal was Chinese food, she was an avid reader, and she loved music and dancing.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ben Clark, Sr.; mother, Jean Clark; and stepfather, Rex Raffalo.
Survivors include her husband, Danny Roberts; daughter, Michelle Hise; stepson, Ross (Elizabeth) Roberts; brother, Ben Clark, Jr. (Sally); stepsister, Charinge Santos; granddaughter, Leah (Hunter) Thompson; step grandchildren, Lane, Xander, Carson, and Cason Roberts; one great grandson, Ryder Thompson; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Rev. Eric Youngblood officiating.
The family will receive friends following the funeral service until 8 p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
