Dr. Won Bae Park age 82, of Ooltewah, Tn., passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.

He was born in South Korea on March 16, 1942, the son of the late Chang Nam Park and J.S. Lee. He retired from Moccasin Bend hospital as a psychiatrist. He was a member of Collegedale Korean Seventh-day Adventist Church. He was a man of faith who loved church, singing, and traveling. As Won aged, his greatest joys shifted to spending time with his family, bringing him great happiness.

Survivors include his wife, Young Joo Park; three children; Jane Man (Ray), Esther Kim (Danny), and Peter Park (Christine); and four grandchildren, Lauren Kim, Marcus Kim, Allison Park, and Ethan Park.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Collegedale Korean SDA church on Jan. 18, at 5:30 p.m.
