Patricia Ann Allen, 86, of Ooltewah, Tennessee passed away January 13, 2025. She was born April 21, 1938, in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Turney and Pauline Rich.

Patricia attended City high school. After school she would raise her family while working for the family business. Her love was her family and spending time with all of them. She loved water sports such as water skiing and her sea-doo. Patricia also liked fishing and camping. She loved all of these because it involved being with her family. She was also known for being OCD when it came to cleaning. Whether it was at her church, home or at a church camp. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal church. Patricia had a card ministry. She loved sending cards out to friends and family no matter the occasion. It could be birthday, Valentine’s Day or just a “Thinking of you” card.

Patricia was predeceased by her parents and a stepdaughter, Kathy Allen.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, William “Bill” Allen, one son, Brett Salmon (Glenda), one daughter, Stephanie Maley (Michael), three stepsons, Stan Allen, William David Allen (Gale), Mark Allen, one brother, Dr. John Stephen Rich (Susan), three grandchildren, Courtney Norfleet, Sean and Josh Maley, two great grandchildren, Raylan and Knox Norfleet and several step grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, one nephew, Dr. Steve Rich and three great nieces and nephews.

Memorial services for Patricia will be 2:00 PM Sunday, January 19, 2025, at St Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church.

Family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at the church.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church at 7555 Ooltewah Georgetown Rd Ooltewah, TN 37363.
