A food garden on East Main Street is set to be the location of a two-story building housing 2-4 restaurant concepts with a central courtyard and a water feature.

A 13,680-square-foot building is planned at the site at 2401 E. Main.

There will possibly be apartments on the second floor, a rezoning request says. The case goes before the Planning Commission in February on a request to go from C-C to C-TMU.

Parking is to be in the rear.

The lot is 190'x142'.

The applicant is Jerri Price, of St. Elmo.

Jorge Parra, of Chattanooga, is the current owner.

The location is near Dodds Avenue.
