Ascension Leadership Conference 2025 Returns After Sold-Out Debut

  • Tuesday, January 7, 2025

The Ascension Leadership Conference returns on April 10 at the Marriott Downtown. Organized by Hinton & Company in partnership with the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, this one-day event will "empower professionals at all career stages to grow as leaders, manage teams effectively, and make a lasting impact on their organizations," said officials.

Designed for professionals navigating the complexities of leadership, the conference offers an immersive experience featuring: keynote speakers delivering real-world leadership insights; facilitated workshops on decision-making, communication, and resilience; and curated networking opportunities designed to connect and inspire.

New for 2025, the event introduces a VIP ticket option, offering an exclusive executive coaching session and additional benefits tailored to support attendees as they work to maximize their potential.

“Leadership is about more than holding a title—it’s about equipping people with the skills to inspire, strategize, and succeed,” said Wade Hinton, founder of Hinton & Company. “The Ascension Leadership Conference is where leaders rise to meet today’s challenges and build a brighter future for their teams and communities.”

“Programs like the Ascension Leadership Conference are critical for empowering professionals to take the next step in their careers,” said Toya Moore, director of Leadership Programs at the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce. “By partnering with Hinton & Company, we’re strengthening Chattanooga’s leadership pipeline and helping to create a thriving professional community.”

Seats are limited, and companies are encouraged to register their teams early. Sponsorship opportunities are available, enabling organizations to reserve seats for their teams or provide scholarships for aspiring leaders in the professional community.
