Site Planning Services for LWCF Conversion Compliance
Project Summary
The City of Red Bank is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to develop site plans and supporting documentation for multiple park properties as part of a Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) conversion process. Key sites include but are not limited:
- Former Red Bank Middle School Site (3715 Dayton Blvd, approx. 12 acres)
- Hixson Parcel (4839 Dayton Blvd, approx. 4.55 acres)

The selected firm will assist in bringing the City into full compliance with LWCF requirements by June 30, 2026, enabling eligibility for future state and federal recreation funding.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Conceptual and phased site planning
- Cost estimates
- Community engagement strategy aligned with City SOP
- Deliverables to support NPS/TDEC documentation

Proposal Deadline: August 15, 2025, by 11:00 AM
Evaluation: August 28, 2025
Selection Notification: August 29, 2025
Commission Award: September 2, 2025
