Former Operator Of Henry's Skinny Pig Found Dead

The former operator of Henry's Skinny Pig was found dead in Red Bank Monday morning.

Henry Julius Mincke was found behind Dubs Place restaurant at 4408 Dayton Blvd.

Mr. Mincke, 65, had sold his Henry's Skinny Pig business earlier, then later began cooking at Dubs Place.

A bread deliveryman found Mr. Mincke in the driver's seat of his vehicle. He had a single gunshot wound to the head.

His left leg was hanging out of the vehicle.

The shooting occurred around 10:30 a.m.

The body was taken to the medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
