Tony Allen
Tony Robert Allen, 52, of Chattanooga, died on Tuesday, November 26, 2008. He was born July 31, 1956 in Wildwood, Ga.
Mr. Allen was a Vietnam veteran serving in the United States Navy. He attended Morris Hill Baptist Church and was an avid fisherman.
Survivors include his mother, Evelyn Schirmer of Chattanooga; brothers, Mike (Sonya) Allen of Harrison; Steve Allen of East Brainerd; Scott (Jennifer) Allen of Windermere, Florida; grandmother, Euna Stephens of Chattanooga; aunt and uncle, Helen and Charles Hoge of Rome, Ga.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, in the East Brainerd Chapel with Rev. Robert Patty officiating. Burial will follow at Gibdock Cemetery in Trenton, Ga.
The family will receive friends Friday from 1-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
