Brenda Z. Porter, 71, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019, in Chattanooga. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Katie Zuber; son, Walter Zuber; sister, Carol Z. Woodall; and former husband, Charles Porter.

She leaves to cherish her memories, daughter, Robbyn P. (Adam) Collins; grandchildren, RahJa, Dontray, Devonte, JaRiyah, JaBori, Julius; devoted sister, Beverly Z. Sales (Benjamin Mayes); brother, Walter (Boogie) Cooper of Chicago; special cousin, Betty Little; a host of other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will begin on Monday, Oct. 14, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. in the chapel.

Arrangements are by John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 423 622-9995.
