Charles “Eddy” Cloud, 59, went home to be with the Lord March 14, 2019.

He was devoted to his wife, kids, and grandkids.  Eddy attended Calvary Baptist Church, Trenton.

Eddy owned and operated Cloud Construction and spent a lot of time working in his wood shop. In his spare time he loved hunting, fishing and working on his farm.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Jamey Cloud.  

Survivors include his loving wife of 42 years, Patsy Cloud; daughters and sons-in-law Amy and Gene Parker, Wendy and Jason Pritchett; grandchildren Hudson and Caimen Parker, Paisley and Bella Kate Pritchett; parents Wesley and Thelma Cloud; sisters Polly Newman and Anita Bowes; brothers Lloyd Cloud, Dale Cloud, Ronnie Cloud; and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 17, in the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Tim Renshaw and Brother Jason Pritchett officiating. Burial will follow in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, from 1-7 p.m. and on Sunday, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Catoosa County Commission Amends Budget To Place SROs At Every School

The Catoosa County Commission on Monday approved a budget amendment to provide School Resource Officers at every school. The panel did so after hearing an appeal from Sheriff Gary Sisk, who cited the tragic shooting at Uvalde, Tex. The sheriff also said he wanted SROs to be present at after school events.
