Charlotte Denise (Davis) Evans, 56, of Dayton, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at Rhea Medical Center.

She was born in Dayton on December 23, 1963. Charlotte was preceded in death by her father, Paul Willis Davis. 

Charlotte was born and raised in Dayton. She moved to North Carolina, where she had her children, then moved to California and returned to Dayton in 2012. Charlotte loved to work with stained glass and she was a mom to everyone. 

She is survived by two daughters, Claudia (Tyler McCarter) Evans and Emily Evans both of Dayton; her mother, Jeanette Davis of Dayton; her sisters, Phyllis (Barry) Harris of Spring City, Patricia Davis of Knoxville and Debbie Davis of Evensville; and her ex-husband, Ronnie Evans of Texas. 

Funeral services for Charlotte will be held Sunday afternoon, October 18, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. John Fields officiating. She will be laid to rest in Rhea Memory Gardens next to her father Paul.

The family is being cared for by the Vanderwall Funeral Home where they will receive friends on Sunday, Oct. 18, after noon. Social distancing is strongly encouraged and masks will be required.
