Georgia Has 9 More Coronavirus Deaths, 771 New Cases

Georgia state health officials reported on Tuesday there have been nine additional deaths due to the coronavirus. The current total is 25,368.

There are 771 new cases on Tuesday, as that total reaches 1,275,238 confirmed cases of coronavirus. 

Hospitalizations are at 88,204, which is an increase of 164 since Monday. 

Here are the numbers by county:

Catoosa County: 8,513 cases, up 12; 93 deaths; 303 hospitalizations, up 2

Chattooga County: 3,704 cases, up 3; 89 deaths; 256 hospitalizations, up 3

Dade County: 1,835 cases, up 5; 17 deaths; 69 hospitalizations, up 1

Walker County: 9,707 cases, up 13; 120 deaths; 367 hospitalizations

Whitfield County: 19,382 cases, up 25; 319 deaths, down 1; 941 hospitalizations
