Lori Lynn Spencer Rouse, 51, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away in a local hospital on Saturday, December 4, 2021.
She was born in Atlanta, Ga., to the late Johnny Watts Spencer and Ellen Louise Moore Spencer. She was of the Christian faith and had lived in the Cleveland area most of her life.
She is survived by her husband, Scott Rouse; two children, Maiya Akhtab of Cleveland and Malachi Akhtab; two grandchildren, Briya Armstrong and Jace Armstrong; three sisters, Donna Swinson (Gary) of Ellijah, GA, Cindy Pruett (Steve) of Covington, GA, and Missy Spencer of Cleveland; one brother, Dale Spencer (Libby) of Dallas, GA; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
