Kenneth Lee “Batman” Boutwell, 76, of Evensville, passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at Rhea Medical Center in Dayton.
He was born on May 6, 1945 in Greenville, AL, the son of the late Ernest Lee Boutwell and Edna Belle (Schultz) Boutwell.
Ken was raised in Greenville, AL, and moved to Rhea County in 1984. He was the owner and operator of Boutwell Lawn Service and was an avid golfer.
Batman is survived by his two sons, Beau Boutwell of Dayton and Dustin Boutwell of Evensville; his brother, Donald (Lorraine) Boutwell of Greenville, AL; his three grandchildren, Luke Boutwell, Emma Boutwell, and Seth Boutwell, all of Dayton; and his former wife, Alice Boutwell of Dayton.
A Celebration of Life service for Batman will be announced soon.
