Marie Wyatt, 83, of Hixson, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022. 

A member of Calvary Baptist Church in Red Bank, she loved flowers and gardening. 

Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Irene Ernest; and two sisters, Eva Scarbrough, and Edith Ernest.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Clarence Wyatt; her son, Steve Wyatt; two granddaughters, Hannah Roberson and Hayley Wyatt; great-grandson, Copeland Roberson; her niece, Angie Franklin; and her dog, Boxer Rocky.

Funeral services will be conducted from the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 6, with Pastor Greg Powell and Rev. Dwight Martin officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.  

The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until service time at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 5201 Dayton Boulevard, Red Bank, Tn. 37415.

Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, Tn. 37343.
