The Tennessee baseball Coaches Association recently released its Division II All-State Baseball Teams. Several Chattanooga players made the squads in both Class A and AA.
In Class A, Silverdale placed three athletes on the team, Turner Junkins, Brett Rogers and Sebastian Hanks. Notre Dame’s Alec Bouchard and Boyd Buchanan’s Brodie Johnson rounded out the local players named to the squad.
Baylor’s Henry Godbout, the DII-AA Mr. Baseball, led a foursome of Red Raiders named in Class AA.
The others were Henry Ford, Caleb Hampton and Patrick Johnson. State champion McCallie had three players honored, Carter Hewitt, Austin Breedlove and Grayson Smith.
