Jeannine Allison Raulston, 92, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2022.

 

She was born on November 21, 1929, in Bridgeport, Al., to Curtis Lee and Kathryn Arendale Allison.

 

She is survived by sisters, Eileen Murray, Chattanooga and Virginia Ann Merritt, Bridgeport; brother, Bedford Lee Allison (Bobbie Cloe), South Pittsburg. Other survivors include nieces, Gloria Murray Smith, Kathryn Merritt, Candy Merritt Feher, Missy Merritt Emerling, son-in-law, Henry Camp; and several great nieces and nephews.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving and devoted husband of 42 years, William Kelly Raulston; and beloved daughter, Gwen Raulston Camp.

 

After attending David Lipscomb College and the University of Chattanooga, she was a longtime educator at Jasper Middle School, retiring after more than 40 years of service. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ.

 

The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Cumberland Health and Rehabilitation and Enhabit Hospice for the exception care they provided.

 

Arrangements will be announced at a later date by Rogers Funeral Home, Jasper, Tn.

 

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Jude Research Hospital, Memphis, Tn., or Rocky Springs Cemetery, Post Office Box 745, Bridgeport, Al. 35740.
