James Beard award-winning chef, author, and restaurateur John Currence, is opening the fifth Tennessee location of the acclaimed Big Bad Breakfast on Tuesday.
The new BBB is located in the iconic Lodge Cast Iron Foundry and Museum, a fitting location with a rich history in heirloom-quality and cast iron cookware. The Lodge factory store is home to the Lodge Museum, culinary studio, test kitchen, and now BBB. Visitors will be given the opportunity to enjoy recipes and learn about the history of food culture and cast iron cookware.
BBB is known for its scratch-made breakfast, lunch staples, and classic brunch cocktails made with local Tennessee ingredients and flair. Highlights include a new Conrbread Omelet to honor the yearly National Cornbread Festival taking place in South Pittsburg. As well as, four new biscuit sandwiches and three new salads, among other items.
