Joyce Martin
Joyce Martin, 83, of LaFayette, passed away on Monday, March 27, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Myra Martin Blevins; parents, Tommie Hicks and Evelyn Hensley; and sister, Barbara Loggins.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Delana (Taylor) Barton; grandson, Clint (Amber) Mitchell; great grandchildren, Jaxson Barton and Rachel Mitchell; brother, Terry (Dianne) Hicks; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jim Powell officiating.
A private interment will take place at Old Trion Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers are Terry Hicks, Randy and Jake Abernathy, Benny Marks, Kenneth Wilbanks, David Thompson, Clifford Snyder, Linda Palmer, Carolyn Blackman, Betty Allen, Teresa McConnell, Lana Visage, Betty Suits, Carolyn Jones, and Joan Wilbanks.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday prior to the service from 5:30 p.m. until the service hour.
Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
