Weathers, Sabra Ann (Trenton)

Sabra Ann Weathers, 70, of Trenton, passed away on Monday, March 27, 2023.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 30 at 11 a.m. in the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home, with Bro. Randy Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Sarah’s Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 29 from 4-8 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour.

Sabra was born July 9, 1952 to the late Stirling and Audie Barton. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved shopping, reading novels and her Bible and attending her church. She will be missed dearly by those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Angela Weathers; son, Tim Weathers; sisters, Juanita Atchley and Wanda Langley; grandchildren, Haley Hamilton and Casey Rodriguez; great-grandchildren, Henley Conti, Davis Hamilton and Blakely Hamilton; and several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

In addition to her parents, Sabra was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Franklin Weathers; brothers, Junior Barton, Dooley Barton and Noel Barton; and sisters, Lagatha Morrow, Shirley Taylor and Yvonne Goff.
