Peggy Ann Wooten, 84, of Ooltewah, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.

She was the daughter of the late Floyd and Eathel Seals and was preceded in death by two brothers, Mitchell and Billy Seals.

Peggy was born on Sept. 14, 1938, in Dunlap, Tn. She was a member of Friendship Primitive Baptist Church in Ringgold, Ga.

Peggy had a good life and she traveled so many places. She traveled to Europe twice, went on several cruises and visited many other places.

Survivors include her wonderful husband, Bobby R. Wooten, of Ooltewah, four beautiful children, Sandra (Robert) Hale, of Churchville, Va., Angie Morton, of Lakesite, Tn., Chris (Sherry) Caldwell, Steve (Carlina) Caldwell, both of Soddy Daisy, eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, brother, Howard (Ellen) Seals, of Dunlap, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 25, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens – East.

The family will receive friends from 4–8 p.m. on Monday, April 24, at the funeral home.
