Jeffrey Wayne Norman (aka, Rooster) went to be with his Lord and Savior on December 5, 2024.

He was a former Floridian who had a passion for life. He loved his guitar, fishing, woodworking, painting, wind therapy, and his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Wesley Lane Norman and mother, Margie Luene Whitehead.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sarah Victoria (AKA: Vicki or Momma Hen), daughters, Wendy Laine Norman and Holly Beth Heaton-Combs, six grandchildren, Haley Brown (DJ), Christopher Heaton, Hunter Heaton, Donnie Heaton, Zoe Combs, and Brandie Norman. He also leaves one brother, Richard Norman (Catherine), mother and father in law, brother in law, several sister in laws, nieces and nephews, more friends than you can count and his six “Ladies”- thus his nickname.

Family will receive family and friends at his “Celebration of Life” party to be scheduled at a later date.
