Karen Renea Sanderfur, 30, died on Friday, May 12, 2006, at her residence.
She was a 1994 graduate of Chattanooga School for the Arts and Sciences, attended Sewanee University and graduated from Georgia State with a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and computer science. She was employed as a realtor in Atlanta.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Annie Mae Lee, Irene Keith and Solomon Sanderfur, and aunt, Pamela Lee.
She is survived by her mother, Carolyn Joyce (Lee) Usher; father, John Sanderfur, both of Chattanooga; brother, Vinson Micheal Usher, of Denver, CO; sister, Victoria Michelle Usher, of Chattanooga; uncles, Harris Lee, of Chattanooga, Mark Lee and Cassanova Lee, both of Atlanta; aunts, Peggy Ann McClain, Rochella Lee, Reba Lee and Jacqueline Lee, all of Chattanooga; five nieces and nephews; several cousins and other relatives, and a host of friends.
Visitation will be at noon on Saturday in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with a memorial service to immediately follow at 1 p.m.
