Exum, Hedrick, Peck Are Finalists To Replace Judge Neil Thomas

 The Trial Court Vacancy Commission met Wednesday to consider nine applicants for the Circuit Court vacancy in the 11th Judicial District – Hamilton County. The vacancy was created by the decision of Judge W. Neil Thomas II to retire effective Oct. 5.

After holding a public hearing and conducting public interviews, the Commission selected the following nominees:

James F. Exum, III

 

 

 

Kyle E. Hedrick

 

 

 

Jennifer K. Peck

The Commission has forwarded the names to Governor Bill Haslam for his consideration.
