East Hamilton Wins Region 3-AA Volleyball Championship

Behind stellar play by Amya and Tristin Sutton, along with Hana Suzuki and McKenna Hayes, East Hamilton won the Region 3-AA volleyball championship on their home court Tuesday night.In the first match the Lady Canes dispatched District 5 runner-up Kingston in straight sets, 25-11, 25-20 and 25-14.

Meanwhile District 6 runner-up Hixson defeated the District 5 champs from Loudon 3-1 to set up the championship match between East Hamilton and the Lady Wildcats. With Hayes and Suzuki providing the necessary firepower, the Lady Canes kept their evening perfect with a another sweep, 25-11, 25-20 and 25-14.
