Judy Davidson
Judith "Judy" Ann Davidson was born on July 29, 1940, and passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, October 24, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her spouse David Egner, parents Earl and Florence Delforge, brother Joseph Delforge, and nephew Adam Engman-Delforge.
She will be missed by her husband of 27 years, Lamar Davidson, her daughter, Patty Freeman (Ed), son, Jim Egner (Chris), stepdaughter, Amy Gibson (Ron), stepson, Michael Davidson (Debra) and siblings, Rick Delforge (Jill), David Delforge (Cindy), Gus Delforge (Ann), and Nancy Turner (Bruce).
Judy had eight grandchildren: Sean Martin (Jenny), Ricky Martin (Laura), Abby Davis (Curtis), Quinn Croom (Joe), Andrew and Cooper Davidson, and Sydney and Tyler Gibson. She also had four great-grandchildren: Luke Martin, Ellie and Cooper Martin, and Brett Davis.
She was an active member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She was a weekly volunteer at Memorial North Park Hospital. And she was a huge supporter of the local humane society.
Visitation will be on Friday, Oct. 29, from 6-8 p.m. at Lane Funeral Home, a funeral service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 30, at 11 a.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church with Father Charlie Burton officiating. Interment will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer to honor Judy with her wish that a charitable donation be made in her name to the Humane Society, 4155 Randolph Circle, Chattanooga, Tn. 37406.
