New Chattanooga Apartment Complex Sells For $84 Million

A new apartment complex off Riverside Drive has sold for $84 million.

One Riverside Apartments is located opposite the Boathouse restaurant. The complex was built in 2020 and offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans.

The sale was to an apartment group out of Glen Allen, Va.
