Knox Catholic scored their second half goal off an indirect kick.
"I thought we played our best soccer all year long in the first 40 minutes," Baylor's Curtis Blair said. "We became complacent in the second half, and it caught up to us.
We are excited to win our first region match and have to prepare for another one on Thursday."
