Mary Hughes Cobb, age 89, of Dalton, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2019 at Pleasant Valley Personal Care Home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Thomas Cobb.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Bruce Conley of Varnell; two sons and daughters-in-law, Rick and Elaine Cobb of Dalton and Mike and Katherine Cobb of Ellijay; grandchildren, Rica (Daniel) Sheperd, Daniel (Brittany) Cobb, Autumn Cobb, Celeste (Anthony) Lane, Rachael Cobb, Leah Cobb, Sydnie Conley, and Landon Conley; five great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews also survive.

Services to celebrate the life of Mary Cobb will be held Monday, Nov. 18, at 11 a.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Bagley officiating. Burial will be in Deep Springs Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, Nov. 17, from 3-6 p.m.
