Jose Angel Hernandez Indicted For 2011 Murder Of Jeimy Baquero

A Hamilton County grand jury on Monday issued an indictment for Jose Angel Hernandez, who is believed responsible for the first-degree murder of Jeimy Baquero on Aug. 3. 
 
 The badly beaten body of Ms. Baquero was found inside the closet of a rental house at 4103 Shady Oak Dr. in Ooltewah. She was 34.

 

The Cold Case Unit with the Hamilton County District Attorney’s Office has been re-examining the case and is looking for information that may lead to the apprehension and arrest of Hernandez, who has also used the aliases Carlos Frausto and Renee Hernandez.
